Boren & Oliver Law Firm
was founded in 1981 by its two practicing attorneys, John D. Boren
and Stephen A. Oliver. John and Steve have over 40 years of combined
experience in the legal profession. The firm concentrates in the
areas of personal injury and accidents, medical malpractice, and
criminal law. The addition of Dale S. Coffey to our firm broadens
our scope of concentration to include the areas of: Estate Planning,
Probate, Business Planning, Real Estate, Zoning, and Family Law.
Finally the addition of E. Allen Griggs M.D. J.D. as of counsel to
the firm enhances our ability to provide assistance to those
injured as a result of medical negligence.
Our firm is located on the East side
of the Courthouse Square in Martinsville, Indiana. Easy access and
readily available for face to face consultations concerning the
progress of your case. Walk-in meetings for case updates or status
reports are available to all clients.
In addition to
our attorneys, our firm has a competent staff of law clerks,
paralegals and legal secretaries to assist in the handling of your
case. Our paralegals have successfully completed the Paralegal
Advanced Competency Exam and are Nationally Registered Paralegals.
We provide close, personal attention to each client during the
duration of your case. Unlike larger firms, where your case often
becomes a number, we will personally oversee your case on an
individual basis, with frequent contacts with Mr. Boren, Mr.
