Kristopher A. Fuller

Kris is a lifelong Central Indiana resident who left for just long enough to attend law school at the University of Dayton where he was a member of the Honor Counsel and recognized for his pro bono work. At Boren, Oliver & Coffey, LLP Kris has focused on personal injury and criminal law with experience in family and campaign law as well.

In addition to personal injury and criminal law, Kris has been heavily involved in the firm’s initiative in representing Central Indiana Hoosiers in land condemnation cases including Interstate 69 as well as cases involving taking of land for power lines, gas pipelines, and other utilities. Kris also serves as the attorney for the Martinsville City Clerk Treasurer’s Office, and he has represented his clients in the area of government and campaign law.

Kris studied History at Indiana University before law school and learning about the history of the law continues to be one of his hobbies. Kris is especially interested in the psychology of jury selection. Outside the office, Kris enjoys renovating historic homes, taking long bike rides, and loves to root for the Hoosiers and the Colts.
