Sentence Modification

If you have been sentenced in a criminal case, you may qualify for a sentence modification. A petition for a sentence modification is usually filed when an attorney believes that a defendant has completed a significant part of the sentence, there has been significant improvement in their case, and that there is some legal argument a sentence modification is in order.

Since modifications are very fact sensitive, and no single case is alike, time must be taken with each individual client to understand the improvements that have been made while serving the sentence as well as any treatment that has been completed.
