Born and raised in Martinsville, Indiana, Dale Coffey brings a no-nonsense, straight-shooting approach to the practice of law. His deep knowledge of the local environment has allowed him to provide first-rate representation to his clients in the areas of real estate law, business planning and zoning, estate planning, administrative law, family law, and, most recently, in the area of election law. Dale is also currently serving as the City of Martinsville attorney.
In 1990, Dale Coffey attended Franklin College as an undergraduate and graduated magna cum laude. Dale then attended the Cooley School of law in Michigan where he graduated third in his class and magna cum laude.
Dale Coffey is a member of both the Morgan County in Indiana State Bar Associations, a member of the Martinsville Presbyterian Church, the Morgan County Genealogy Society, the Morgan County Historical Preservation Society, the Martinsville YMCA, and is a member of Accelerate Indiana Municipalities (AIM).
Additionally, Dale Coffey practices Family Law and was named a 2016 Client Satisfaction Award Winner by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.
Outside of the office, Dale enjoys watching and attending different sporting events.
